Shutter King is pleased to offer a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty on all of our custom shutters. This warranty applies to the original residential retail purchaser. Lifetime service warranty from ShutterKing.net. Shutter King warrants that our custom shutters will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a time period of five years from the installation date as long as the original purchaser owns the product, the purchaser has proof of purchase, and the purchaser resides at the location for which the product was purchased.

The obligation of Shutter King and its partners is limited to repair or replacement of the frame, panels or components found to be defective, and excludes labor costs for measuring and installation. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts. This warranty shall be void if the product is moved from the original location of installation or if the product was not properly installed.

This warranty does not cover any damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, improper installation, motorized devices, acts of God (such as fires, floods, tornadoes, etc.), environmental damage (such as insect damage, exposure to sun, exposure to salt air, exposure to excessive humidity, etc.), or failure to follow printed instructions on cleaning, care, or maintenance. This warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from normal wear and tear. Commercial use of all products is also excluded from this warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES, OR WARRANTIES. In no event shall Shutter King or its distributors or partners be liable for incidental or consequential damages, or for any expense associated with such damages. Repair or replacement of defective products is the sole remedy under this warranty and in no event shall Shutter King be liable for costs to remove or reinstall the product. In some states exclusions for incidental or consequential damages are not allowable; exclusions for incidental or consequential damages as listed in this warranty may not apply in those states.
